Answer 1.  Flowers are living things, therefore, we can't always control them.  Flowers are grown all over the world, then are shipped to our wholesalers in Dallas, where they are then trucked to us.   Sometimes the flowers come in and just aren't up to our standards, but the next shipment won't come in for a couple of days.  Sometimes the shipment comes in, but are in a color different from the ones we ordered. 

Answer 2.  We will only substitute items if they are unavailable or aren't up to our standards and we can't new ones in time for your delivery.  If we substitute, your arrangement will keep the look and feel of the arrangement.  In addition, substitutions will be made with flowers of the same or higher value, or a higher number to equal or exceed the cost of the original flowers.
